GoldenGate office building

GoldenGate is a modern, multifunctional office building located in the heart of Tallinn. The ground floor accommodates shops and restaurants, the upper floors house offices, and the rooftop features a green terrace.

During the design process, special emphasis was placed on sustainable energy use and compliance with LEED certification requirements, which led the developer to choose a chilled beam system. In total, more than 350 suspended FreeAir active chilled beams and over 100 four-way PremiAir chilled beams were supplied for the building. The Airvent PremiAir and FreeAir chilled beams ensure precise temperature control, quiet operation, and a high level of thermal comfort with minimal energy consumption. Combining cooling and fresh air distribution in a single unit proved to be the ideal solution for an environment where comfort, energy efficiency, and aesthetics are equally important.
