Glasvasen office building

Located next to Malmö Central Station, the Glasvasen office building is one of the area's landmark buildings. Its organic architecture naturally guides pedestrian and bicycle traffic between the city center and the emerging Nyhamnen district.

Designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating, the six-story building places a strong emphasis on sustainability, energy efficiency, and a high level of indoor comfort. The ventilation system incorporates Airvent PLI ceiling diffusers, TK commissioning boxes, and additional air distribution components to ensure comfortable and efficient airflow throughout the building. The project demonstrates how contemporary architecture, sustainable HVAC engineering, and user comfort can be successfully combined in a single landmark building.
