The largest part of the energy savings can only be accomplished with an automatic, coherent and precise demand-controlled operation. In order to amplify the functionality of ControlAir and our other system products, we developed our own management software to maximize energy savings, while providing a comprehensive and constant visual and operational feedback of the complete HVAC system. SUM (Supreme Management) is a web-based optimization software and web-server for demand-controlled ventilation solutions, created to control chilled beams and/or VAV systems. SUM provides a transparent overview of the entire indoor climate system, with management and analysis functionality, and can connect directly to external building management systems.
SUM is a plug & play industrial web-server, supplied preprogrammed with optimizing software modules. By being connected to the Web, SUM can be accessed from distant locations over multiple platforms. Our objective behind the innovations of SUM, is to have a complete and transparent overview and control of the indoor climate. With the SUM Web App, the operator is able to fine-tune all ventilation settings for each room, zone or floor plan in the building, which in consequence automatically controls the indoor climate. SUM integrates all ControlAir system local controller components with a clean and friendly user interface. The building floor plan based UI provides a simple-to-use overview for the system operator. SUM logs all operation parameters of the system, which can be displayed with an elegant chart interface, past and present. This web-based supervision for the indoor ventilation eliminates the need of on-site commissioning of the ventilation and control system.
