Description and function

The PRNX is a supply air diffuser featuring a square front plate with integrated, manually adjustable air deflectors positioned in a circular arrangement. By changing the angle of the deflectors, the supplied airflow can be adjusted from a swirl-like horizontal pattern to a vertical distribution, without changing the overall pressure drop through the slot openings, ensuring consistent balance across the system. For extract air applications, the PRNX diffuser is supplied without air deflectors. The recommended maximum temperature difference (Δt) for cooling applications is -10°C.

For PRNX 400 and 500 sizes, where the outer frame dimension of the diffuser plate is smaller than 595x595 mm, we recommend using the SI type adapter, to match the standard suspended raster ceilings dimensions of 600x600 mm.

The PRNX diffuser is suitable for comfort and light industrial ventilation purposes, such as office building, schools, retail stores, hospitals, storage facilites and more.

Materials

PRNX: The front plate made of galvanized steel, powder-coated in RAL 9003 white color. The black color air deflectors are made of ABS plastic. The SI adapter frame is galvanized steel.

TLS: A commissioning box designed specifically for PRNX, PRQX and DRTX, featuring environmentally friendly sound-absorbent insulation, a supply air distribution plate, and a damper module for commissioning and measuring airflow.
