Description and function

The E5 grille is a square, high-performance grille engineered for both extraction and transfer air applications. It is ideal for wall or ceiling mounting across a variety of premises. With its large cross-section and high free area, the E5 grille efficiently handles substantial airflows, ensuring optimal ventilation. The grille can be mounted using either clip-ons or hidden screws: Standard grilles, delivered with clip-ons for sizes up to 0.12 m², and custom orders, for sizes up to 0.2 m², can be supplied with either clip-ons or hidden screws. For ceiling installations or when used with a control damper, hidden screws are recommended. When mounted with a commissioning box, the grille can only be installed using clips without a mounting frame.

Airflow range

The E5 grille supports an airflow range of 80 - 4.000 m³/h (20 - 1.200 l/s). 

Applications

The E5 grille is best suited for comfort environments, such as offices, schools, retail stores, restaurants and hotels.

Materials

The E5 grille features an aluminum frame with an aluminum grille insert,  powder-coated in white RAL 9003 color.

• The E5 grille can be supplied with the FLKR commissioning box, made from galvanized sheet steel with sound-absorbing insulation. The commissioning box is available with side (S), or back (B) connections in standard versions. (The use of a commissioning box is recommended over 30 Pa pressure drop)
